On Jan. 8, 2011 we will have our 3rd and final co-ed softball tournament fundraiser before the poker tournament on feburary 25th.
Date: January 8, 2011 9:00 AM
Location: Red Bug Lake Park Fields 2 and 3
$225 per team by December 17th
$250 per team after December 17th
Cash or certified funds only day of event.
- 8 team tournament (first 8 teams to pay guaranteed spot)
- Double Elimination
- game time 55 minutes
- texas tie-breaker rules will be played to break ties
- minimum 3 girls on field all times per team (exception stated in rules)
- ASA approved bats
- .44 COR 375 softball will be used
- Each team is allowed 1 Home run with each one hit after that is a $5 donation or an out.
All monies raised minus expenses will be donated to All In For A Cure/Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
Winning team will win trophy and tournament t-shirts (12 max).
Prizes for 2nd and 3rd may be added later based on donations.
